With nearly 15 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical recruiting and leadership experience, Chris started RonanVance Clinical & Scientific Search to focus on identifying senior and executive talent in the clinical research arena. He is a tenured talent acquisition consultant with a deep background in recruiting strategy, business development, and team leadership.

Chris graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. His focus includes clinical development, clinical operations, clinical compliance & regulatory, medical affairs, and translational & research sciences.
